Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Singapore

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time, NAMUARI may offer complimentary shipping as part of promotional campaigns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you promptly.

Returns

Please do not send products directly to our warehouse without prior authorization. For return requests, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us first for return instructions.
